Cancellation Policy – Over 8 hours notice is required for cancellation of single sessions. Cancellations without the appropriate notice will be charged.
Any 'no-shows' to sessions whether paid or not, will be issued with a 'Strike' on their account. Receiving 3 strikes will block your account and you must contact Steve to unblock.
First session attendees MUST arrive 10 minutes before you first session for an induction, All members no matter what the circumstances CANNOT attend without an induction.
Car parking- All sessions 5pm onwards midweek and all day weekends use our new car park area signposted RTC ELECTRONICS located in the gate access between Revolution Training and Carpet Castle. Park on the left hand strip.
Any sessions earlier than 5pm Monday - Friday must park in the Revolution Training Car park
Medical Cancellations - Cancellation is permitted where a person is not able to participate in a single sessions for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the person was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session.
Strictly no refunds are accepted and no credits can be switched over to other members. This includes no exchanges for Revolution circuit sessions. Sessions must be booked under your own name unless being booked in as a guest.
Multipasses and single classes have a 6 months expiry from date of purchase.
All attendees must wear boxing inners/wraps (available to buy at HiitBox £3.75) if using our gloves and a sweat towel required.
**UPDATE*** since covid, all participants must bring their own gloves. No inners are needed.
By signing up I am agreeing I am fit and able to my knowledge to participate in this fitness class. I understand that classes at HiiTBox Ltd may be strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against HiitBox Ltd or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree that HiiTBox Ltd is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend the class or at all responsible for damage to vehicles parked in our shared car park or adjacent roads.
